申し込み期間は11月1日（月）から11月30日（火）23:59:59までです。
The receipt for the participation fee can be downloaded from the same site until December 31st (Friday) 23:59:59 (JST).
参加費の領収書は同じサイトから12月31日（金）23:59:59までにダウンロード可能です。
